- 2 lbs. frzn hashbrowns, shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 c. onion, minced
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hrs at 350 degrees.
- 10 min before removing from oven, top with French fried onions.
