Ingredients
- 2 lb. hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- dash of garlic powder
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. cheese, shredded
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Make topping by crushing 2 cups corn flakes and 1/2 cup melted butter to sprinkle over casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
- This can be prepared ahead of time, placed in the refrigerator and baked prior to serving.
