Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed a bit and broken up with a fork
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. grated cheese
Method
- Spray a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with Pam.
- Combine soup, butter, pepper, onion and cheese.
- Gently mix in the potatoes and pour into pan or dish.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
