Ingredients
- 2 large oranges
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. halved and seeded grapes
- 1 1/2 c. quartered pitted dates or raisins
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 5 large red skinned apples or firm ripe pears (unpeeled)
Method
- Cut and peel white membrane from oranges.
- Holding oranges over a bowl to catch juice, lift out sections.
- Reserve 3 tablespoons of the juice.
