Ingredients
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/8 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/8 c. vinegar
- 1 can beets
Method
- In saucepan mix cornstarch and sugar.
- Add vinegar and water. Boil 5 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon.
- Add beets and simmer until beets are hot.
- Add butter and stir.
