Ingredients
- 2 cans sliced red beets
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. beet juice
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Mix sugar and cornstarch, add vinegar and water and boil for 5 minutes.
- Add beets and let simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
