Ingredients
- 1 can beets, diced
- 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. beet juice
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Mix cornstarch, vinegar, sugar and beet juice together until smooth.
- Mix in diced beets.
- Add butter and bring to a boil. Cook until thick.
