Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- In a skillet cook and stir meat and onion in butter until browned.
- Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms.
- Cook 5 minutes.
- Stir in soup; heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Heat through.
- May be served over noodles if desired.
