Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream

Method

  • In a skillet cook and stir meat and onion in butter until browned.
  • Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms.
  • Cook 5 minutes.
  • Stir in soup; heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Stir in sour cream.
  • Heat through.
  • May be served over noodles if desired.
