Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chopped beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/8 c. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3 c. cooked hot noodles

Method

  • Cook and stir hamburger meat and onion in margarine in a 10-inch skillet until meat is light brown.
  • Stir in flour, garlic and pepper.
  • Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes.
  • Stir in soup. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat.
  • Simmer, uncovered 10 minutes.
  • Stir in sour cream; heat through.
  • Serve over hot noodles.
  • Makes about 4 servings.
