Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell
- 1/2 to 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 c. sliced green onions
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Brown ground beef; add salt, pepper and any other spices to taste.
- Drain.
- Blend together next 5 ingredients.
- Place beef in pie shell.
- Pour milk and mayonnaise mixture over meat.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
