Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can tomato wedges
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. mild cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Brown ground beef.
- Cook noodles following box directions. While noodles are cooking, add pepper, onion and tomato soup to ground beef.
- Simmer about 15 minutes.
- When noodles are done, layer half of the noodles and half the ground beef.
- Mix: 1/2 tomato wedges and 1/2 cheese.
- Repeat with the remaining, ending with cheese on top.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes, until cheese is melted.
