Ingredients

  • 1 cup ham, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli, in florets (small head)
  • 1 1/2 cups cheese, shredded
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk (can use cream or evaporated milk too)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • white pepper
  • salt (optional)

Method

  • preheat oven to 375.
  • spray an 8x8 glass pan with non stick spray.
  • sprinkle raw broccoli, ham and cheese in, mixing them together.
  • whisk eggs with milk, dijon mustard and white pepper to taste.
  • pour over the ham/broccoli/cheese
  • bake for 35-40 minutes until set.
  • cool 10 minutes before cutting.
