Ingredients
- 6 oz. fettucine
- 1 small can green peas, drained
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1 (5 oz.) can chunk ham, drained and flaked
Method
- Cook fettucine as directed.
- Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter; stir in garlic powder.
- Gradually add whipping cream, Parmesan cheese and sour cream.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thoroughly heated.
- Combine fettucine, green peas, sauce and ham.
- Stir gently to coat.
- Pour into casserole dish.
- Add buttered bread crumbs as topping.
- Bake in hot oven until topping is crusty.
