Ingredients

  • 6 oz. fettucine
  • 1 small can green peas, drained
  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 c. whipping cream
  • 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 (5 oz.) can chunk ham, drained and flaked

Method

  • Cook fettucine as directed.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Melt butter; stir in garlic powder.
  • Gradually add whipping cream, Parmesan cheese and sour cream.
  • Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thoroughly heated.
  • Combine fettucine, green peas, sauce and ham.
  • Stir gently to coat.
  • Pour into casserole dish.
  • Add buttered bread crumbs as topping.
  • Bake in hot oven until topping is crusty.
