Ingredients
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. instant minced green onions
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 oz. noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 c. cooked, cubed ham
- 1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds
Method
- Gradually add milk to soup, stirring over low heat to make a smooth sauce.
- Blend in sour cream, mustard, onions and pepper. Arrange 1/2 noodles, ham and sauce in a 2-quart casserole.
- Repeat layers.
- Top with almonds.
- Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
