Ingredients

  • 2 cups (6 oz) green noodles
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cheese soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups diced ham
  • 1 (2 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 small can green beans
  • 1 small can carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 4 ears corn (small) or 2 large ones, cut in half

Method

  • Make the ground beef into four patties, placing in bottom of four coffee cans.
  • Next, slice the potatoes and onions, putting them on top of the patty.
  • Drain the green beans and carrots.
  • Add to the top of rest.
  • Next, put the ear of corn, salt and pepper to taste and a pat of butter.
  • Cover the can with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
