Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 12 slice of ham
  • 1 Green onion chopped
  • 1 feta (optional)

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • Line each compartment of a regular 12 muffin tin with one pieces of ham or any other type of lunch meat you want to use.
  • Crack one egg into each compartment
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, depending on how firm you would like it to be.
  • If you prefer soft or runny yolks , cook it 8 to 9 minutes.
  • Top with green onions, feta or other desired toppings and enjoy.
