- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp ground mustard
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh garlic
- 1 egg yolk
Method
- mix all ingredients except the egg
- let sit at room temperature for an hour, stirring frequently
- add yolk and serve over a salad
