Ingredients
- 1 soup mix pouch Shore Lunch(R) Cheddar Potato
- 2 cups cubed ham
- 2 cups instant white rice uncooked
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Coat a large baking dish with cooking spray.
- Prepare soup as directed on pouch.
- Remove from heat. Stir in ham, rice and cheese.
- Carefully pour into prepared dish. Top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake until done, about 30 minutes.
