Ingredients

  • 200 grams Ground beef and pork mix
  • 5 cm Daikon radish
  • 1/2 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger (minced)
  • 1 tsp Doubanjiang
  • 2 tbsp of each Sake and Miso
  • 2 tsp Hon-mirin
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Method

  • Mince the garlic and ginger.
  • Cut the daikon into sticks, and then chop into 1cm cubes.
  • Fry in a pan with a little vegetable oil.
  • Once the daikon radish becomes transparent, add the ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add the meat.
  • Cook while breaking apart the meat with a spatula.
  • Add the doubanjiang spicy bean paste after the meat is broken up, add the ingredients, give the pan a quick stir, and it's done.
  • It also tastes delicious over rice.
