Ingredients
- 1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (dry)
- 1 c. melted oleo
Method
- Mix together the first 7 ingredients.
- Pour into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Sprinkle the yellow cake mix over pumpkin batter. Melt oleo; drizzle over dry cake mix.
- One cup walnuts may be added.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour (no longer).
- Serve warm or cold with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
