Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 onions, chopped
- 5 carrots, diced
- 6 pieces celery, diced
- 4 potatoes, diced
- salt and pepper
- 1 beef bouillon cube
Method
- Put salt and pepper into meat; form into medium sized balls. Drop into rapidly boiling salt water.
- Add all the vegetables in order given.
- Lastly, drop in bouillon.
- Cover and reduce heat to medium-low.
- Cook for 1 1/2 hours.
- Serve with Italian bread.
