Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can vegetable soup
- 1/2 lb. cheese, diced
- 5 oz. pkg. wide egg noodles
- 1 can tomato sauce
Method
- Cook egg noodles.
- Brown beef and onion; add vegetable soup, cheese and tomato sauce to ground beef mixture and heat until cheese is melted.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour over drained egg noodles and mix well.
- Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
