Ingredients
- 1 c. grits to 4 c. boiling water with a pinch of salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 can golden or regular mushroom soup
- 1 can tuna fish
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (optional)
Method
- Prepare grits as usual.
- In another pan, combine margarine, soup, tuna fish and mushrooms.
- Allow these ingredients to simmer for just a few minutes, until they are well mixed and hot.
- Serve over individual servings of grits.
- Delightful.
