Ingredients

  • 1 packages mushrooms
  • 3 large onion
  • 1/2 head broccoli
  • 250 grams Paneer
  • 3 large capsicum
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

  • Cut cubes of paneer and large pieces of onion, capsicum, mushroom and broccoli.
  • Vegetables can be added as per preference
  • Prepare a marinade of hung curd or plain yogurt.
  • Add salt, pepper powder, chilli flakes.
  • You can personslise by adding flavours of your choice like oregano, thyme, turmeric, crushed garlic.
  • Add juice of half a lemon and mix well.
  • Dip the vegetables in the marinade evenly coated and allow it to set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour
  • Add a cube of butter and a pinch of salt on a hot pan.
  • You can choose to grill if you wish.
  • Add a few pieces of the marinated veggies in the hot pan and toss occasionally.
  • Only the criss must get brown.
  • If you add in too many pieces, the temperature of the pan will go down quickly.
  • Serve piping hot with any dip of your choice.
