Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 18 chicken wings

Method

  • Remove & discard the wing tips (or save them for making stock.)
  • Cut each wing into 2 pieces.
  • Season the wings with some salt & pepper.
  • Grill over a low to medium low fire until well-browned and cooked through.
  • Melt butter and stir in sriracha sauce, vinegar, 1/4 t salt, 1/4 t pepper, and garlic. Mix until smooth.
  • Toss the hot grilled wings with the sauce and serve with plenty of napkins and cold beer.
