Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 18 chicken wings
Method
- Remove & discard the wing tips (or save them for making stock.)
- Cut each wing into 2 pieces.
- Season the wings with some salt & pepper.
- Grill over a low to medium low fire until well-browned and cooked through.
- Melt butter and stir in sriracha sauce, vinegar, 1/4 t salt, 1/4 t pepper, and garlic. Mix until smooth.
- Toss the hot grilled wings with the sauce and serve with plenty of napkins and cold beer.
