Ingredients

  • 2 large salmon filets with skin on 1 side. approx 2 pounds total.
  • 1/2 cup juice of choice. see above.
  • 1 tablespoon old bay seasoning.
  • 1 tablespoon lawry's perfect blend seafood rub.
  • 2 tablespoons Mccormick grill mates (montreal steak flavor)

Method

  • I do these on an indoor grill, outdoor is fine too. first rinse off your filets, leaving skin intact. Pat dry with paper towels.preheat grill to medium high. Line up your spices and juice of choice.Brush juice on each filet, then splitting each spice measurement in half between the two filets, start with your finest spice first working up to the coursest. Grill until opaque(about 7-9 min. on each side) the skin makes flipping filet easier.Cut each filet across the middle to make 2 smaller filets from each large one. Serve wih more juice spritzed on top and fresh dill if possible. Enjoy! This is not a spicy dish,My 4 and 6 y.o daughters love and request this recipe often. Try different juices for a new meal idea, feel free to experiment.
