Ingredients
- 1/4 c. apricot preserves
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1 ham steak (1-inch thick and about 2 lb.)
Method
- In small pan, combine the preserves, mustard, lemon juice and cinnamon.
- Cook and stir over low heat, about 3 minutes.
- Put ham steak on the prepared grill.
- Grill over medium coals for 10 minutes per side.
- Brush with glaze during last few minutes.
