Ingredients
- 1 loaf (1 lb) Italian bread
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 c. sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained
- 2 Tbsp. jarred pesto
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Provolone cheese
Method
- Heat grill.
- With serrated knife, slice bread lengthwise in half, horizontally.
