Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
- 3 qt. unbuttered popcorn
Method
- Melt butter in medium size saucepan.
- Add brown sugar, salt and cream of tartar.
- Stir until all is dissolved.
- Keep the stove on medium heat and don't let it boil.
- Pour the mixture on the popcorn while hot.
- Mix well.
- Bake for 1 hour at 200°, stirring occasionally.
- Don't forget to share uncaramelized popcorn with your pot belly.
