Ingredients
- 14 cup minced shallot
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 14 cup finely diced cornichon
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 34 cup olive oil
- 12 cup minced parsley
Method
- Whisk together shallots, vinegar, mustard, cornichons and capers.
- Whisk in the olive oil in a steady stream, then stir in the parsley.
