Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. finely chopped parsley
- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten slightly
Method
- Mix in order of ingredient list.
- Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
