Ingredients
- 4 oz. onion, sliced
- 3/4 c. green beans
- 1/4 c. evaporated skim milk
- 1 pkg. instant chicken broth and seasoning mix
- garlic powder to taste
Method
- Brown onions in a hot nonstick skillet.
- Layer a small casserole with onions and beans.
- Combine remaining ingredients in blender.
- Pour mixture over beans and onions.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Makes 1 serving (10 calories).
