Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen French cut green beans
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 20 oz. can mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can French fried onions
Method
- Wash bean sprouts and crisp.
- Place all ingredients in large casserole dish, layering first, green beans, soup, bean sprouts, mushrooms and cheese, repeat layers.
- Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle onions on top and bake 10 minutes more.
