Ingredients
- 1 can green beans, drained
- 1 can white Shoepeg corn (undrained)
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. crushed snack crackers or bacon thins
Method
- Mix all ingredients except crackers in a baking dish. Sprinkle crackers on top and bake 1 hour at 350°.
- Makes 8 to 10 servings.
