Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Turkey Breast, Lean
  • 1/2 cups Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 13 cups Finely Chopped Sun-dried Tomatoes, Packed In Oil
  • 1/4 cups Chopped Kalamata Olives
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 4 pieces Lettuce And Tomato, Optional
  • 4 whole English Muffins Or Wheat Rolls (optional)

Method

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for turkey burgers (turkey, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, oregano, egg).
  • Let refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Using your (clean) hands, form turkey burgers into four patties, about three inches in diameter and one inch thick.
  • On a hot grill pan or skillet, spray cooking spray and cook for six minutes per side or until turkey is cooked to 160 degrees F when measured with a meat thermometer.
  • Serve burgers with lettuce and tomato, if desired, on a whole wheat roll or English muffin.
