Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. (225 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1/2 tsp. oil
  • 1/4 Kraft Sizzling Salads Greek Chicken Entree Salad Kit
  • 4 cups torn romaine lettuce
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped English cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup pitted black olives

Method

  • Cook and stir chicken in hot oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat 6 to 7 min.
  • or until done.
  • Add 1/4 cup Kraft Sizzling Salads Lemon Oregano Cooking Sauce; cook and stir on low heat 30 sec.
  • to 1 min.
  • or until chicken is evenly coated.
  • Combine remaining ingredients.
  • Toss with 1/4 cup Kraft Sizzling Salads Mediterranean Feta Dressing.
  • Place on 2 plates; top with chicken.
