Ingredients
- 2 cans shrimp
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. water
Method
- Heat soup to boil (not water). Mix in cheese, onions, celery and mayonnaise.
- Add gelatin, the water and then the shrimp. Mix well and put in a mold.
- Chill for 3 to 4 hours. Serve with crackers.
