Ingredients

  • 6 cups oats
  • 12 cup almonds
  • 12 cup hazelnuts (otherwise known as filberts)
  • 12 cup pecans
  • 12 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 12 cup sunflower seeds
  • 14 cup flax seed
  • 12 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 12 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • 14 cup walnut oil
  • 12 cup grapeseed oil
  • 12 cup demerara sugar (dark brown sugar)
  • 14 cup honey (addeed last of ingredient)

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350* F.
  • combine all in order, honey last, mix well.
  • -cover pan(pans) with parchement.
  • Stir while cooking and cooling to avoid clumping.
  • Cook for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
