Ingredients
- giblets from a turkey or 4 Cornish hens, chopped
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch or 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. broth from turkey or substitute 4 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in water
- neck meat
- salt and pepper
Method
- Blend cornstarch or flour into a small amount of broth.
- Add to large amount.
- Stir in giblets, chopped boiled eggs and neck meat.
- Boil until slightly thickened.
- Add seasonings and a little more broth if the gravy is too thick.
