Ingredients

  • giblets from a turkey or 4 Cornish hens, chopped
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch or 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. broth from turkey or substitute 4 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in water
  • neck meat
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Blend cornstarch or flour into a small amount of broth.
  • Add to large amount.
  • Stir in giblets, chopped boiled eggs and neck meat.
  • Boil until slightly thickened.
  • Add seasonings and a little more broth if the gravy is too thick.
