Ingredients

  • 3 cups Oatmeal (I Only Use The 5-Minute Quick Kind)
  • 1 cup Slivered Almonds
  • 1 cup Chopped Cashews, Roasted, Unsalted
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans, Unsalted
  • 1 cup Coconut, Sweetened Or Unsweetened (I Use Sweetened)
  • 1/2 cups Sunflower Seeds, Roasted, Unsalted
  • 1-1/2 cup Craisens
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil

Method

  • Preheat oven to 300°F.
  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl and have fun mixing until combined. I always end up using my clean hands.
  • Pour the granola onto a cooking sprayed baking sheet (I use a full sheet pan for this) and spread around until it is in a single layer.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. (I use a large metal spatula and turn the granola over every 10 minutes for even cooking.)
  • You'll be amazed at how it turns a beautiful brown color in the last 10 minutes.
  • Cool for 10 minutes on the tray and then break up into smaller pieces.
  • Great on yogurt, ice cream, as cereal or just all by itself!
  • Makes 24 1/2-cup servings or 12 cups total.
  • Enjoy!
