Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1-1/2 cup Buttermilk
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
Method
- Mix dry ingredients in medium bowl. In seperate bowl, mix wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
- Heat griddle or nonstick pan until hot. Pour batter and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
