Ingredients

  • 4 T margarine or butter
  • 1 C sliced mushroomss
  • 2 T sliced onion
  • 8 slices mild white fish fillets
  • salt
  • pepper
  • breadcrumbs
  • 2 T parsley, chopped

Method

  • Grease shallow baking pan. Put in mushrooms (canned also work, drained), onion, parsley, salt and peppr. Dot with butter. Melt rest of butter. Sprinkle salt and pepper on fish, dip into butter, coat with crumbs.
  • Place pieces over mushroom mix in baking pan. Drizzle rest of butter over all.
  • Bake 375 for 20-25 minutes.
