Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 16 oz. sour cream (room temperature)
  • 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large jars Prego spaghetti sauce
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained

Method

  • Add most of one jar of Prego to ground beef.
  • Cream together sour cream and cream cheese.
  • Pour a little sauce to the bottom of a lasagne pan.
  • Cover with 1/2 spaghetti; spread on 1/2 creamed mixture.
  • Sprinkle on 1/2 cheese.
  • Cover with 1/2 sauce. Repeat layers, adding sauce last.
  • Sprinkle on remaining Mozzarella.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
