Ingredients
- 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz. sour cream (room temperature)
- 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 large jars Prego spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
Method
- Add most of one jar of Prego to ground beef.
- Cream together sour cream and cream cheese.
- Pour a little sauce to the bottom of a lasagne pan.
- Cover with 1/2 spaghetti; spread on 1/2 creamed mixture.
- Sprinkle on 1/2 cheese.
- Cover with 1/2 sauce. Repeat layers, adding sauce last.
- Sprinkle on remaining Mozzarella.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
