Ingredients
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler.
- Beat with electric mixer until thoroughly blended.
- Place over rapidly boiling water (bottom of double boiler) and continue beating until frosting stands in soft peaks.
- Add vanilla.
- A wonderful frosting for your favorite chocolate cake.
