Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 c. flour
Method
- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. (Dough handles better if it is kneaded a few times.)
- Divide in half and pat out on 2 greased 10 or 12-inch pizza pans or use on large baking sheet.
- Let dough rise for about 1/2 hour.
- Then spread with tomato sauce and toppings of your choice.
- Bake at 425° until browned (15 to 20 minutes).
