Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 c. flour

Method

  • Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients. (Dough handles better if it is kneaded a few times.)
  • Divide in half and pat out on 2 greased 10 or 12-inch pizza pans or use on large baking sheet.
  • Let dough rise for about 1/2 hour.
  • Then spread with tomato sauce and toppings of your choice.
  • Bake at 425° until browned (15 to 20 minutes).
