Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. pecan pieces
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Beat eggs.
- Add sugar, syrup, butter and vanilla.
- Blend well. Stir in pecans.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake 15 minutes at 425° and then reduce to 350° for 15 to 20 minutes until done.
- I check with a toothpick in center.
