Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes
- 1/4 c. sifted flour
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. butter
- chopped parsley
Method
- Peel potatoes and cut into quarters.
- Combine flour, cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Moisten potatoes with water and roll in the mixture, coating them well.
- Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 375° for one hour.
- Turn once during baking.
- When golden brown, sprinkle with parsley.
- Makes 6-8 servings.
