Ingredients
- 2 c. whole kernel corn (fresh, frozen or canned)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter or oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Beat eggs well.
- Add sugar, salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Beat in milk and butter.
- Stir in corn.
- Pour into greased quart baking dish.
- Set in pan of hot water 1-inch deep.
- Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
