Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salted peanuts
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 3 cup honey graham cereal
- 8 oz vanilla flavored candy coating, finely chopped
Method
- Cover and heat candy coating in heavy 10 inch skillet over low heat about 5 minutes or until soft; remove from heat.
- Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in cereal until thoroughly coated.
- Stir in peanuts and marshmallows.
- Drop mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper or spread mixture evenly on waxed paper.
- Let stand 1 to 2 hours or until completely set.
- *Microwave directions - Place candy coating in large microwaveable bowl.
- Microwave uncovered on high 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes or until soft.
- Continue as directed.
