Ingredients
- 2 pkg. carrots, sliced and cooked until tender
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
Method
- Mix soup, oil, vinegar, sugar, onion and green pepper until smooth.
- Pour over carrots and refrigerate overnight.
